No — most of our services are done remotely via video call and email. We work with expats across the Netherlands, though we're based in Rotterdam and have extra local knowledge for the Rotterdam and Amsterdam areas.
Yes, though timing matters for some services. The 30% ruling has a strict 4-month window from your start date — if you're close to that, contact us immediately. For other services like housing, tax returns, and DigiD, there's no deadline pressure.
For administrative guidance (BSN, DigiD, 30% ruling paperwork, housing) we handle this directly. For formal tax filing — M-forms and annual returns — we work with certified partner accountants who complete the filings. We manage the whole process so you have one point of contact.

Absolutely. We can invoice your employer directly and provide all documentation they need. This is common for our corporate clients.
